implemented poorly. Federal Public Service Commission introduced this subject in the CSS examination with the same perspective in their mind.

This book is an effort to cover all the topics prescribed in the syllabus in the easiest way and in the light of the books suggested by the Federal Public Service Commission. I want to write for serving and aspirant civil servants a comprehensive book on Public Policy and Governance. The announcement of this subject gave me an opportunity to fulfil my dream.
